* There is no minimum to order but you can qualify for quantity discounting by ordering as little as $100.
* Orders are processed 7 days a week. You never stop so neither do we! Please notify us if you have expedited shipping needs.
* To place an order, please use our safe and secure shopping cart online at www.starsclasps.com. If you are not comfortable ordering online, simply call us at 800-207-2807 or fax us at 703-938-0541 to place your order. Please make sure you have your credit card handy and item numbers ready.
* We prefer contact by e-mail. We are often on the road at shows but we check our e-mail regularly.
* All major credit cards accepted. If you would like to pay by check, please allow for more time, as your order will not be shipped until check has cleared.
* Prices are subject to change without notice. All items and prices are most current in the online catalog and may differ from the printable catalog.

We are open 7 days a week and offer floor to ceiling of pearls, semi precious stone, Czech glass, hanks and tubes of seedbeads, Swarovski crystals, sterling silver and vermeil findings and clasps. Shipping
* Domestic Orders – All orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $8 and sent using Priority Mail. Orders generally arrive within 2-3 days after shipment but are not guaranteed.
* International Orders – All orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $25.
* Please note, if orders need more than one shipping box (65+ clasps), you will be charged $8 for domestic orders and $25 for International orders for each additional box needed.
* If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please notify us by e-mail.
* Holiday delays – Please be patient during the holidays as this may cause a delay in arrival of your orders.
* FREE Star’s Beads Ltd. Delivery – If you would like your orders delivered to Star’s Beads, please type SHOP in all address portions of the checkout page. No postage fees but Virginia tax will be added to all orders delivered to the store and will be calculated during processing. You can pick up your package at the shop shortly after you place your order. If you are having a clasp emergency, please let us know. All exchanges must be made through the website and not the store. (Note: Your orders do not apply to your Star’s Frequent Shoppers Card)
Returns/Exchanges
* Exchange only, no refunds.
* We do not hold backorders. Please check back when the item is in stock.
* If you order an item that is shown as in stock but we are unable to fill that item, you will still receive the quantity discount on the rest of your order.
* Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied with a proof of purchase. Please be sure to also include what items you want in exchange. A $8 return shipping fee applies to all exchanges.
* Exchanges after 30 days of purchase or with no proof of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
* No returns or exchanges will be accepted on chain.
* All exchange items must be received its original condition and will determine at the sole discretion of Star’s Clasps.
* Star’s Clasps is not responsible for exchange postage or for non-arrival of exchange. If you exchange an order, please make sure you include a $8 postage fee in with your exchange.
* Please send all exchanges to Star’s Clasps.
* Don’t forget to put a copy of your proof of purchase and what item you would like in exchange.
