Gaithersburg, Maryland is the next city you can find Star’s Clasps! A few days at home to support one of our local bead society’s bazaar and then off to California!

The BSGW’s Semi Annual Fall Bazaar will be held on November 9-10, 2013, at the Activity Center at BOHRER PARK, located at 506 S Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg MD 20877, on Saturday from 10AM – 5PM, and on Sunday 11AM – 5PM. The proceeds from the Bazaar help fund the BSGW’s educational and outreach programs, lecture series, and other activities.
Since 1984, the Spring and Fall Bead Bazaars have grown to include seventy vendors from around the world offering beads and findings, ancient, antique and tribal; tools and equipment; contemporary designer jewelry and books. Bead related demonstrations on various bead making techniques are presented.

Don’t forget to bring your “mystery beads”. The Society’s experts at the Bead ID table will identify them without charge. The selection at the Society’s Book Store offers a wide variety of books on beads and beadwork: history, culture, design, crafts, techniques, and ‘how-to’ books with great gift ideas.
